Returns and Exchanges
To receive a refund your return must be postmarked within 45 days from the date delivered to you. All returned merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.

- Return shipping fees are customer's responsibility. 
- It is the customer's responsibility to insure their package, Aimee Gowns is not responsible for lost items 
- We will ship your new item once we receive the item you would like exchanged
- Gift Returns & Exchanges : Gift returns & exchanges must be postmarked 45 days from receipt and customer can receive online credit or purchaser can receive a refund. 


International Shipping
It is the receiver's responsibility to pay all Taxes, Custom Charges and Duty Fees.
Please contact us prior to international ordering so that we can let you know if there is a store near you that carries our products.
